If something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. We will happily replace defective or damaged items if you notify us within 30 days of your purchase. We consider refunds on an individual basis. When refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
